Video stories have a mesmerizing capability to make us feel a brand's core. From social media to the press, the fastest way to spread the word is by sharing real life tales of triumph about relatable people.  Help your audience see themselves in story and they'll make an emotional connection with your brand. There's no better way to bring unfamiliar ideas to life or handle difficult or sensitive topics. Customer success stories are especially suited to video storytelling. Kim's Role in the project:
original story concept, customer interviewing, long-form article writing, on-location producer and art direction, and cross-platform promotion and campaign management. Creative services, video direction and production were provided by Eric Larsen, inReach brand ambassador.
For most people, new technology concepts, financial topics, or complex, multi-featured new products are completely foreign and seem out of reach or too expensive.
